Job Description

Requirements:

  • Must be an existing Third Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum experience of managing large teams and achieving consistent sales growth is essential.
  • Experience or exposure in the Gynaecology segment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and strategic management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Pune region and zonal market dynamics.
  • Proven performance history in driving revenue and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor large sales teams (Area Sales Managers and Regional Managers) across the assigned zone from the Pune base.
  • Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to achieve ambitious zonal revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance indicators.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies, marketing plans, and promotional initiatives across the zone.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and provide strategic direction to the regional leadership team.
