Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be an existing Third Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum experience of managing large teams and achieving consistent sales growth is essential.
- Experience or exposure in the Gynaecology segment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills and strategic management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Pune region and zonal market dynamics.
- Proven performance history in driving revenue and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor large sales teams (Area Sales Managers and Regional Managers) across the assigned zone from the Pune base.
- Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to achieve ambitious zonal revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance indicators.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, marketing plans, and promotional initiatives across the zone.
- Foster a high-performance culture and provide strategic direction to the regional leadership team.
