Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives in the assigned territory.
• Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Drive sales growth and ensure effective market coverage.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members for higher productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, key opinion leaders, and distributors.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Must be currently working as a 1st Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exposure: Ortho segment experience is mandatory.
• Age: Up to 36 years.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong track record in sales performance and territory management.
