Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned brands and therapies.
* Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration and growth.
* Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
* Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve individual and team targets.
* Set performance KPIs, evaluate team performance, and implement improvement plans.
