Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of Medical Representatives across assigned HQs.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve regional business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the Cardio-Diabetic segment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and territory management skills.
