Requirements:

  • Position: Area Manager (1st Line Manager).
  • Experience (Mandatory): Minimum Two years of managerial experience is required.
  • Segment: Vaccines, Hormones, Nutraceuticals.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to cover the Silchar HQ.
  • Age/Qualification: Omitted (Implied relevant experience/qualification).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Medical Representatives in the assigned Silchar territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Vaccines, Hormones, and Nutraceuticals portfolio.
  • Ensure the achievement of area sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to provide strategic input.
