Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a First Line Manager (ASM/ABM) in the Pharma industry is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and manage a team, ideally of 4 Medical Representatives.
  • Strong working knowledge and sales leadership experience across the Kolhapur, Sangli, and Satara territories.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and territory management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving team sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the team of 4 Medical Representatives covering Kolhapur, Sangli, and Satara.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue across the cluster.
  • Conduct joint field work, evaluate MR performance, and provide necessary coaching and training.
  • Monitor sales planning, reporting, and distributor management for the assigned area.
  • Ensure all team activities align with company objectives and compliance standards.
