Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for diagnostics products in the assigned territory (Delhi-NCR).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, labs, and healthcare professionals.
- Expand the company’s presence and brand awareness in the oncology diagnostics market.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to optimize sales strategy.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead and mentor the field sales team (for RSM role).
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Oncology / Diagnostics sales
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Delhi-NCR territory
- Other: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of independent work
