Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for diagnostics products in the assigned territory (Delhi-NCR).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, labs, and healthcare professionals.
  • Expand the company’s presence and brand awareness in the oncology diagnostics market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to optimize sales strategy.
  • Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead and mentor the field sales team (for RSM role).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Oncology / Diagnostics sales
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Delhi-NCR territory
  • Other: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of independent work
