Job Description

Join Jolly Healthcare as a Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can identify, develop, and manage key accounts across various regions, including Bangalore, Vizag, Pune, Mumbai South, Manglore, and Raipur.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify, develop, and manage key accounts across the assigned region.
– Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
– Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
– Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients.
– Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
– Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and service delivery.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

– B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
– Proven track record in pharma sales or key account management (1–4 years).

Desired Skills

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– In-depth understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
