Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Designation: Regional Manager (RM).
  • Division/Segment: Speciality Division – Cardiology.
  • Location: South Kerala Region.
  • Required Experience:
    • 2nd Line Managers with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
    • OR Senior 1st Line Managers with proven experience in the Cardiology segment may also apply.
  • Qualification/Age: Omitted (Implied Graduate/standard limits apply)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Cardiology Speciality sales team across the South Kerala region to achieve regional sales targets and market share goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, focusing on high-value products within the cardiology segment.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the team of first-line managers and medical representatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and major institutional clients in South Kerala.
