Job Role & Responsibilities

• Promote and generate prescriptions for Lupin’s diabetes range (Gluconorm) among healthcare professionals.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and execute field activities to enhance product awareness.
• Ensure consistent product visibility and brand recall in the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Science or Pharmacy Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Pharma Sales (Cardio-Diabetes segment preferred).
• Age Limit: Up to 27 years.
• Skills Required: Excellent communication, result-oriented approach, and team spirit.
