Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Plan, monitor, and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory (Kota, Ajmer, Udaipur).
• Build strong relationships with key doctors and distributors.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and ensure market coverage and brand visibility.
• Provide training, feedback, and performance reviews for team members.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a First-Line Manager (FLM) in the Gynecology/IVF segment.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must have local market knowledge of Rajasthan region.
