Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across assigned zones through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional and Area Managers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key doctors, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement business plans in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethics, and regulatory norms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate in Science or Pharmacy (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including experience at 2nd Line/3rd Line level.
  • Strong exposure in Derma, Gynae, and GP segments.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-performing teams and deliver consistent results.
