Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across assigned zones through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional and Area Managers to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key doctors, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Develop and implement business plans in line with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethics, and regulatory norms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate in Science or Pharmacy (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including experience at 2nd Line/3rd Line level.
- Strong exposure in Derma, Gynae, and GP segments.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-performing teams and deliver consistent results.
