Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven Medical Representative (MR) for our Pediatric Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and generating prescriptions for Jigson’s pediatric products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit doctors, chemists, and stockists on a daily basis.
  • Create brand awareness and generate prescriptions through effective product promotion.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely reporting and maintain territory records.
  • Follow ethical promotion practices and comply with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric / General Division.
  • Graduate in Science / Pharmacy (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
