Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated Medical Representatives (MRs) to promote our pediatric product portfolio in key Gujarat territories. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in pharma sales with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and stockists daily.
  • Generate prescriptions and increase product visibility in the market.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Submit reports, feedback, and market insights to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented with good knowledge of local market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
