Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to healthcare professionals and ensure prescription generation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Conduct territory analysis and competitor tracking to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, samples, and market feedback.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: D.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Sc, or Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of pharma sales experience (preferred in same HQ or division)
- Skills: Excellent communication, territory knowledge, and relationship-building skills
- Age Limit: As per company norms
- Preference: Local candidates familiar with the business territory
