Key Responsibilities

• Promote ophthalmic products to doctors, ophthalmologists, and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory coverage.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and network with key stakeholders.
• Organize CMEs, conferences, and product awareness activities.
• Ensure ethical business practices and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Pharma Sales experience (any segment).
• Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion: Keen interest to grow in the Ophthalmology segment.
• Qualification: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy preferred.
• Gender: Open for both male & female candidates.
