Key Responsibilities

– Promote and sell Dr Reddy’s eye care products to healthcare professionals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
– Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information about our offerings.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Eye division.

Required Qualifications & Experience

– Any Graduate with a passion for sales and healthcare.
– Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the eye care segment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
