Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, surgeons, gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Product Promotion: Promote products effectively by presenting features, benefits, and therapeutic use to healthcare professionals.
• Sales Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Territory Management: Plan regular visits, maintain customer database, and track activities with accurate reporting.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products while identifying growth opportunities.
• Training & Education: Participate in medical conferences and train healthcare professionals on new products and scientific information.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, industry guidelines, and ethical standards in all promotional activities.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and regulatory teams to execute sales and promotional strategies.
• Reporting: Submit timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Professional Development: Continuously enhance scientific knowledge and selling skills.
