Segment: Gastroenterology, Surgeons, Gynecology, and Physicians

Job Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and hospital decision-makers. Provide up-to-date medical knowledge and address queries.
• Product Promotion: Detail and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Highlight features, therapeutic benefits, and scientific data.
• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets with effective strategies and demand creation.
• Territory Management: Organize visit schedules, manage customer database, track activities, and prepare accurate forecasts.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and new opportunities.
• Training & Education: Conduct/participate in conferences, seminars, and training sessions. Share clinical updates with HCPs.
• Compliance: Follow all pharma industry regulations, company guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, regulatory) to drive success.
• Reporting: Submit timely reports on sales, expenses, samples, and customer interactions.
• Professional Development: Continuously upgrade product knowledge and selling skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc preferred (Other graduates like B.Com, B.A, PG also eligible)
• Experience: 2–3 years in pharma sales (Gastro segment experience preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, social networking, and professional grooming
• Language: English, Hindi, and local language preferred
• Preference: Local candidates from Ranchi
• Note: Freshers are not eligible
