Job Description

Requirements:

  • Position: Area Business Manager (1st Line Manager).
  • Division: Main Division.
  • Age Limit: Strictly Not more than 30 years.
  • Eligibility: Experienced ABMs and qualified Senior M.R. candidates can also apply.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to cover the Faridabad HQ.
  • Qualification: Omitted (Implied Graduate/relevant qualification).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team within the Faridabad territory (if applicable).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Main Division product portfolio.
  • Ensure the achievement of area sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct joint field work and coach team members effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the area.
