Job Description

Requirements:

• Must be currently employed in a second-line managerial role (ABM/RBM).
• Minimum 5–7 years of pharma sales experience in multispeciality segments.
• Proven expertise in managing rural and interior market operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and territory management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide ABMs & field teams across rural Telangana territories.
• Develop business strategies and ensure sales target achievement.
• Monitor field productivity and provide on-the-ground team support.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
• Ensure successful execution of new division launches in assigned zones.
