Position: Regional Manager (RM / 2nd Line)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee sales teams in Bangalore and Mysore for Ortho and Gyn products.
  • Achieve regional sales targets and ensure business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate field sales teams for maximum productivity.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as Regional Manager or Sr. ABM in Pharma.
  • Experience in Ortho and Gyn segments preferred.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive sales in multiple territories effectively.
