Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Gyn segment as a Regional or Area Manager.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Science, Pharmacy, or relevant discipline preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets.
  • Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and gynecology segment.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and lead sales teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Area Business Managers and Medical Representatives.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and ensure consistent growth.
  • Execute marketing and promotional strategies for Gyn products.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
  • Prepare regular performance and market analysis reports for senior management.
