Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for: – Leading and managing a team of Area Managers and Medical Representatives. – Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. – Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. – Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. – Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess: – A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an Area Manager or 1 to 2 years as a Regional Manager in the cardiac segment. – A bachelor’s degree in any field. – Strong leadership and communication skills.
