Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 20 Business Executives and 3 Area Sales Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the Gynac segment.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Conducting regular market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the Gynac segment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sizable team.
• A degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
