Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all sales activities in the assigned state.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Ensure full coverage of Lucknow and other key territories in the state.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, planning, and strategy execution.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc./B.Pharma) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Regional Manager in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
