Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (Science background preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Gynae segment at managerial level.
  • Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
  • CTC: Negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, team handling, and area management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of field representatives.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage key Gynaecologist accounts and drive prescription generation.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies effectively.
  • Provide regular field feedback and competitor updates to ZSM.
