Requirements:

- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts (e.g., institutions, large clinics, key prescribers).
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving specialized sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts within the Bangalore territory, focusing on the Gastro segment.
- Implement strategic sales and marketing plans tailored for key accounts and institutions.
- Achieve critical volume and value sales targets for the specialized portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-level professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Coordinate efforts with the field team to maximize account penetration and prescription generation.
