Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Front-Line Manager (ABM/ASM) in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory.
• Essential experience must be in the Critical Care segment.
• Age: Must be not more than 40 years.
• CTC: Salary package is up to7 LPA.
• Strong working knowledge and sales exposure in the Jaipur and surrounding area territory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team to achieve Critical Care segment sales objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the Jaipur and surrounding market.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular field audits, and provide coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Critical Care specialists and institutions.
• Ensure ethical promotional practices and compliance with company culture and policies.
