Requirements:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership (ABM/ASM or equivalent Front Line Manager role) is mandatory.
- Must have experience covering the Bangalore market, specifically the Bangalore-2 HQ area.
- Strong track record of team handling, target achievement, and sales strategy execution.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive performance in a competitive pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team (Medical Representatives) to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Bangalore-2 territory.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct joint field work.
- Ensure ethical promotion of the company’s portfolio to key specialists and prescribers.
- Manage stockist relations, supply chain, and sales administration for the area.
