Regional Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience successfully performing in the Regional Manager (2nd Line) role is mandatory.
• Age: Must be strictly below 42 years.
• Proven expertise in managing and mentoring Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and driving regional sales performance.
• In-depth knowledge of the Vijayawada market and surrounding territories.
• Strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and the entire regional team.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve market share and revenue targets.
• Monitor distributor inventory, sales forecasting, and commercial hygiene for the region.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and institutional accounts.
• Ensure implementation of company policies, culture, and ethical practices across the region.
