Therapy Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Cardio & Nephro therapies to doctors, hospitals, and clinics in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the therapy division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and awareness sessions for clients.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor updates, and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure proper coverage of the assigned area and submit accurate reports on sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Science Graduate, B.Pharm, or D.Pharm.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharma sales, preferably in Cardio or Nephro segment.
• Age: Below 30 years.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.

Salary:

Negotiable (based on experience and profile)
