Job Description

Requirements:

  • Designation: Territory Manager (TM) / 1st Line Manager.
  • Division/Segment: Cardio Diabetic (CVD focus).
  • Experience (Mandatory): Experienced CVD candidates only.
  • Geographical Requirement: Must have similar geographical experience (Guwahati/Assam region).
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 Years.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to cover the Guwahati HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the field force team to achieve sales targets for the Cardio Diabetic portfolio in the Guwahati territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and territory business plans.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct joint working, and ensure effective coverage and execution of promotional strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Cardiology and Diabetology.
