Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1–2 years experience in a managerial role (ABM) is required, or the candidate must be an experienced Senior MR ready for promotion.
  • Segment (Mandatory): Must have prior working experience in the Cardio-Diabetic Division.
  • Age Limit: Strictly Up to 29 years.
  • Qualification: Omitted (Implied Graduate/relevant qualification).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of Medical Representatives/Business Executives within the Pune area to achieve sales objectives for the Cardio-Diabetic division.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth for the company’s CND brands.
  • Conduct joint field work, coach the team, and monitor territory performance effectively.
  • Manage stockist relations, distribution logistics, and local marketing activities.
