Key Responsibilities

As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, drive, and motivate the regional & area sales teams to achieve zonal sales targets.
  • Strategically plan, implement, and monitor sales activities across the state.
  • Ensure strong market penetration and consistent growth in the Dermatology segment.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Oversee product promotions, marketing initiatives, and execution of brand strategies at the zonal level.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, field discipline, and ethical business practices.
  • Facilitate training, performance evaluations, and continuous development of the sales team.
  • Review sales performance periodically and implement corrective measures wherever required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in dermatology.
  • A graduate degree in any field.
  • Aged between 35 to 42 years.
