This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for all paid services on HireMR.in, a platform operated by QuinPin.
1. General Policy
All purchases made on HireMR.in, including Employer job packages and Candidate membership plans, are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully review our services before making a purchase.
2. Employer Packages
Fees paid for job posting packages (e.g., Featured, Urgent) or for access to the candidate database are non-refundable once the service has been activated. If a job post is removed by our team for violating our Job Posting Policy, no refund will be issued.
3. Candidate Memberships
Membership fees are billed on a subscription basis and are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refund will be provided for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical errors resulting in double-billing or failure to deliver a purchased service, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team with proof of the error. Any approved refunds will be processed by our parent company, QuinPin.
5. Payment Disputes
- In case of any unauthorized or incorrect transactions, please write to us at support@hiremr.in within 3 days of the transaction.
- We will investigate the issue and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds for such cases will be processed only if found valid after internal review.
