1. Introduction

Welcome to HireMR.in. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HireMR.in website, services, and platform (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by QuinPin, a company located at 303, Pati Gali, Bara Bazar, Bareilly, 243003, Uttar Pradesh, India. HireMR® is a registered trademark of QuinPin.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Terms for Employers

Employers can post job opportunities by creating a registered “Employer Account” or by using the “Post Job as Manager” feature. By posting a job, you agree that:

  • You will adhere to our Job Posting Policy.

  • You are an authorized representative of the company you claim to represent.

  • You will handle all applicant data you receive with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Terms for Job Seekers (Candidates)

Candidates can search for jobs and apply to them based on their account status.

  • Registered Users: Can apply for designated “Free” jobs.

  • Premium Members: Can apply for all jobs, including “Premium” listings, by purchasing a membership plan.

5. Payments, Packages, and Memberships

We offer paid packages for Employers (e.g., Featured Jobs, Database Access) and Memberships for Candidates.

  • All payments for services on HireMR.in are processed through our parent company, QuinPin. Your bank, card, or UPI statement will reflect a transaction from “QuinPin”.

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Details regarding refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Platform Rights

HireMR.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the visibility of any job posting. We may change a job’s status from “Premium” (Members-Only) to “Free” (Open to All), or vice-versa, to ensure maximum visibility and the best possible outcome for all parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuinPin. HireMR® is a registered trademark and may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QuinPin.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
